Mighty Velo began more than 10 years ago with two overweight, overworked couple in their 30s who wanted to regularly exercise together.
In 2006, the couple rode two weird looking folding bikes and were often chased by strangers in their moving cars or when walking pavements to ask where to
buy such bikes.
More than ten years forward, the local transport landscape has changed rapidly, and we now see a good mixed transport modal with bikes, personal mobility
devices, bike sharing, ride hailing services and an established public park connector system.
Our simple aim remains the same: we want to celebrate small wheels (smaller than cars!) and enjoy the friendship and convenience that these electric
machines bring us!

We don't just sell bikes at the store.
We are also a mini photography studio, a design agency, a print production house, an industrial design house, an interior and exhibition design agency, and even a social media agency, very thinly disguised as an unassuming bike company.
We do all our below-the-line and above-the-line work by ourselves and we thoroughly enjoy it!
Many thanks to Gina Lau of Brunches Cafe, located at 96 Rangoon Road, who lent us her lovely premises.
