"Glad I finally found a reliable and honest bike shop. Went down once to test out before ordering. Got my bike within a week. During both visits, the staff were always very patient and hands on in showing the folding/unfolding process. Most importantly, they encourage customers to know the type of cycling and level before placing an order. After I went home with the new bike, I had some trouble with the seat post/saddle (my own fault, nothing to do with the product). Gui Ming was again very helpful and kind in helping me to undo the trouble I had caused. Wish I had found this great folding bike shop long ago. After going with brands like Ter(n) and Fnho(n), I’ve finally found a solid bike brand recommended by many of my friends.The shop itself is rather near an MRT station, so I encourage everyone to make a trip down and see/try for yourself how solid Birdy bikes are.Thank you, Mighty Velo for the great service!"
