1. Refurbished Bike Condition & Discounts: Our refurbished bikes come in various conditions. The discount on each bike will range from 15% to 65% off the original retail price, depending on the bike's condition.
2. Limited Stock: This sale is valid only while stocks last.
3. Warranty Non-Transferable: Your refurbished bike warranty is linked to you and is non-transferable. If you resell or give away the bike, the warranty will not apply to the new owner.
4. In-Person Purchase: You must purchase, pay for, and collect the bike in person at our retail store.
5. Refurbished Bike Warranty: The duration of your warranty for a refurbished bike will differ depending on the bike in question. Please consult each refurbished bike’s details page for more information.
6. Free Check-Ups: Refurbished bike checks and tune-ups are free of charge (excluding replacement parts) for a certain period from the date of purchase. This applies only to the original buyer (name on the original invoice). The duration of this period depends on the bike in question. Please consult each refurbished bike’s details page for more information.

7. No Refunds or Exchanges: Once a refurbished bike is sold and collected, there will be no monetary refunds, no one-to-one bike exchanges, and no upgrades to another refurbished bike with a monetary top-up.

8. Exclusions: This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, store credits, or voucher privileges.
9. Right to End Sale: Mighty Velo reserves the right to end this sale at any time.
10. Changes to Terms: Mighty Velo reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove any of the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Payment Methods:

For the sale of refurbished bikes, we accept upfront payment by cash, PayNow, or a one-time credit card payment.

For refurbished bikes worth $500 or above, we also offer instalment payment plans of 6 or 12 months with 0% interest. You must have a UOB, OCBC, or DBS/POSB credit card in order to opt for an instalment plan.
