Terms and Conditions

1. No Test Rides: Test rides will not be available for any bikes during the warehouse sale.
   
2. Limited Stock: All bikes and accessories are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No reservations are allowed, and all items are available only while stocks last.
3. Warranty Non-Transferable: Only refurbished Birdy, Reach GT, Iruka, and CarryMe bikes come with a warranty. All other brand bikes do not have a warranty.
4. Warranty Duration: The warranty duration varies depending on the specific bike purchased. Please check the details before making a purchase.
5. No Installation Services: All accessories and parts sold will not include installation. No installation services will be provided at the warehouse sale.
6. Right to End Sale: Mighty Velo reserves the right to end the warehouse sale at any time without prior notice.
7. Changes to Terms: Mighty Velo reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. Exclusions: This warehouse sale cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, store credits, or voucher privileges.
9. No Refunds or Exchanges: All sales of bikes and accessories are final. No monetary refunds, one-to-one exchanges, or upgrades to a different bike or accessory will be allowed.
10. No Video/Photography: Videography and photography are strictly prohibited at the warehouse sale.
